- Day + Date
- Time (Morning / Evening)
- High School Subject
- Intermediate Subject
There will be blank spaces. This means there isn’t a paper for that particular class. There will be many long cells for vocational subjects. Be sure to read your subject slowly to ensure you don’t miss it.

How to Create a Study Plan
To make the most of your timetable, create a study plan. Here is a simple way to do this.
Create a List
Write down only your subjects, dates and times. This will be a shorter list to follow.
Work Out Time Gaps
Work out how many days there are between 2 exams. If there is a large gap, you can fully revise. If there is a small gap, you need to finish your subject.
Start from February 5 th
You have approx 3 months to revise (from November). You can do this by;
- November & December – Fully complete your syllabus. Use the official board syllabus for each subject.
- January – Revise all subjects. Use past board papers and complete them within the 3 hour and 15 minute time limit.
- Final Days Before Each Paper – Quickly go over notes, formulae and key answers.
Practice Writing
If your exam is in the morning, try practicing writing at 8.30am on some days. If it is in the evening, try practising at 2pm. This will help you keep your brain fresh during the actual exam.
Exam Day Tips
- Get to your centre early. Double check your centre details with your school.
- Bring your admit card and any items allowed by your school and board.
- Read the question paper thoroughly.
- Keep track of the time. Ensure you leave the last 10 minutes to check your answers.
- Follow all instructions given by centre staff.
Common Mistakes
- Do not trust edited images. Every year there are many fake timetables going viral. Always trust the PDF from UPMSP.edu.in.
- Make sure you know which exams are in the morning and which are in the evening. Some subjects are in the morning and some are in the evening. Make sure you note this down clearly.
- Don’t forget vocational / optional subjects. They still count! They will be in the long cells.
- Don’t leave Hindi till last. It is the first day so try to revise early.
If Anything Looks Wrong
If your subject isn’t listed or your class details look incorrect, speak to your school principal immediately. Students should double check their name, subjects and other information is correct in the board. The board have a separate process for students to update their details for the 2027 exams. This is done via schools. Ask your principal what the deadline is.
